Gloss opaque vinyl in a range of 34 colours with a permanent acrylic adhesive. This roll comes with its own peel-off backing so there is no requirement for additional adhesive sprays.

While this vinyl is ideal for Deco Bubbles and Foil Balloons, it can also be applied on to any flat or smooth surface. It should not be applied over balloon creases. It is not designed to be used as a wrap and cannot be applied over any raised areas or grooves as this will result in creasing.

This material is designed to be a permanent fixture and cannot be removed twelve hours after application.
