This fabulous Glitter is used to decorate balloons, available in 13 different colours in manageable 80g bottles. Perfect to enhance the inside of transparent latex or bubble balloons. How To Use: There are two ways to decorate balloons using Glitter: 1. With the help of some Hi-Float or SUPERFLY, that is used as it is clingy.
